Stripe has been using Apache Pinot for the past 2 years to store financial data to power both merchant-facing products and critical internal tools. Our use cases require supporting low latency queries with up to 99.99% query availability and large clusters up to petabytes in size. This talk will go over some of the operational lessons learned from running our Pinot clusters in production. We'll go over our cluster topology strategy and key configs we use to maintain our SLAs and keep our clusters stable.
